MORPC Offers Free Residential Energy Efficiency Programs
The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is offering free residential energy efficiency programs to help keep homes warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer and reduce energy bills. These income-eligible programs are available year-round to Franklin County residents.
To be eligible you must rent or own a home in Franklin County and your total household income during the preceding 12 months must be equal to or less than 150-200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) Plus
and Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)
recipients are encouraged to apply.
