Uni-Directional Hydrant Flushing
Gahanna is continuing another year of uni-directional waterline flushing. This is a systematic and controlled procedure that cleans the pipes of the water distribution system. Removal of sediment and stale water maintain the quality and efficiency of the waterlines. Uni-directional flushing is a preventative maintenance technique endorsed and encouraged by the Ohio EPA.

Street Paving 25-Year Outlook
The City of Gahanna Service Department has completed its annual evaluation of the pavement condition of city streets. Based on this assessment a 25-year outlook for street paving was generated. |
