Explore over 99 acres of trails, open meadows, wetlands, and seasonal streams in this lovely nature park and adjacent State Nature Preserve. From the southeast end of the parking lot, you’ll find access to the preserve. Dirt paths and wooden boardwalks provide access to seasonal woodland swamps where you’ll find numerous wildflowers and interesting shrubs and trees. The northern section is open to leashed dogs; pets are not permitted in the state nature preserve.
