Entry Requirements & Pool Safety
The safety of our pool members and guests is our highest priority. All swimmers ages 12 and under are required to take an annual swim test to gain access to diving boards or swim in deep areas of our pools. Deep areas are defined as beyond chest depth. All those who enter the pool must have a current liability waiver on file. For those age 17 and under a legal parent/guardian is required for signature. Those without a completed waiver will not be allowed entry.
Members:
- Ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18* at all times while in the facility. 1:6 ratio of adults to children max.
- Can bring a nonresident guest. Guests must pay daily entry rate. Member must remain on premises with the guest at all times.
- Must have RecTrac profile complete with signed liability waiver, proof of age, proof of residency, and a photo to enter the facility. Parent/guardian required to sign waiver if under 18.
*Babysitters age 16 and up with a current babysitter add-on membership can act as adult guardians for those members age 13 and under.
Non-members: Residents
- Can purchase a membership or a day pass to enter the facility.
- Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or over at all times while within the facility. 1:6 ratio of adults to children max.
- Must have a RecTrac profile complete with a signed liability waiver, proof of age, proof of residency, and a photo to enter the facility. Parent/Guardian required to sign a waiver if under 18.
Non-members: Non-residents
- Non-residents have the option of purchasing a membership to access the pool facility at any time.
- Non-residents who are not pool members can purchase a day pass if they are accompanied by a pool member. Pool members must remain with the non-resident at all times while within the facility.
- Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a member age 18 or over at all times while within the facility. 1:6 ratio of adults to children max.
- Must have a RecTrac profile complete with a signed liability waiver, proof of age, proof of address, and photo to enter the facility. Parent/Guardian required to sign a waiver if under 18.
