Working Your Way Through Wellness

Join Health Coaches Michael, Amanda, and Jessica for this Group Health Coaching series conveniently available by email, and discover ways to work on wellness no matter what your day brings. 

• Get quick and easy steps you can take in a variety of wellness areas that can make a positive impact and receive brief, weekly videos with information about small changes that can make a big difference for your health and energy. 
• Each week, participants will be given a mini-challenge to complete in the areas of Nutrition, Physical Activity, or Emotional Well-Being. 
• Your mission will be to watch the video, track your efforts, and respond to a few weekly reflection questions about the challenge. The coaches will provide feedback and answer questions for participants weekly.
