Seasonal Employment

It's not too early to apply for your summer job! We are accepting applications for all our seasonal jobs from our Special Events & Boat Rentals, Summer Camps, Golf Course, Aquatics, and Parks Team Members! These positions are a great opportunity for seasonal employees to learn valuable skills, as well as have opportunities to grow and return as leaders in following years. We offer flexible hours and the ability to work outdoors while providing memorable experiences for our Gahanna Community. Apply today!

Sip and Tie at Edison Brewing
January 29

Enjoy local craft beer/wine or cocktails while we create a tied macrame pot hanger. You will leave the evening with a pot hanger complete with pot and plant!

INTRODUCTORY BRUSH LETTERING (MODERN CALLIGRAPHY)
January 22

Learn the basic strokes used in the creation of all upper- and lower-case alphabets and begin to form letters and some popular words often featured in calligraphy projects.

YOUTH SPANISH CLASSES
January 14 - February 25

Students learn everyday words and simple phrases through fun and engaging age-appropriate activities.

DRAMA KIDS
January 23 - March 13

Boost self-expression, social skills and creativity through a mix of theater games, improvisation, all while preparing for a fun show!

AMERICAN RED CROSS: BABYSITTING BASICS
January 11 - 12

Pre-teens and teenagers can learn life and safety skills focused on caring for infants and children. Participants will also be certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid.

Youth Basketball and Volleyball
January 5 - February 23

Players will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of their sport, develop the skills to play, and participate in developmentally appropriate play each week.

Yoga
January 8 - February 12 and March 5 - April 9

Learn yoga asana for mind, body connection. Explore and flow with sequences designed to increase circulation and improve strength and balance.

Winter Hike

We have the hot chocolate; you just need to bring your family! Enjoy the beauty Gahanna has to offer with our family hike series this winter.

Gahanna Senior Center

The Gahanna Senior Center offers a wide variety of programs for adults 55 or older. All programs are only open to Senior Center members unless otherwise noted. This only lists some of the activities offered at the Senior Center. A full calendar of events and activities can be found on our website or at the Senior Center.
