In late January, Mayor Jadwin officially welcomed Ohio Gastroenterology Group, Inc. to Gahanna as they celebrated the grand opening of their new facility at 722 Buckles Court North. This is the sixth medical building to join the Crescent at Central Park, bringing significant investment and new job opportunities to our community, and reaffirming Gahanna as a destination for leading medical providers. Recently named one of America’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers, the addition of Ohio Gastro further expands resident access to high quality healthcare that is close to home.

Since 2012, OhioMBE Procurement Fairs have been the premier platform for fostering supplier diversity and connecting small, minority-owned businesses with organizations committed to inclusive procurement practices.

Held in collaboration with OhioMBE and the Gahanna Area Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by KEMBA Financial Credit Union, this event offers a unique opportunity for small businesses to make impactful connections with vendors and industry leaders.

825 TECH CENTER DRIVE

Progress continues on 825 Tech Center Drive, the future home of the Gahanna Division of Police, City Hall, and Senior Center, with key milestones being met on schedule. This project will provide a modern, efficient space to better serve our community. Stay informed on the project by viewing Council meetings, where updates on the construction timeline and developments are provided regularly. It may be cold outside, but you can warm up by purchasing your 2025 pool membership at a discount! Purchase a membership now through Wednesday, April 30, to receive a 10% discount. Memberships can be purchased HERE or by visiting the Utility Billing Desk at Gahanna City Hall between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

DOG LICENSE RENEWAL

Our partners with the Franklin County Auditor’s Office have asked us to share that the deadline for dog owners to purchase their 2025 licenses without penalty has been extended and can now be done through Friday, February 28. Dog licenses are available to purchase online at DogLicense.FranklinCountyOhio.gov or at the Auditor’s Office license counter at 373 S. High St., 21st Floor, in downtown Columbus. The counter is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition to being required by state law, dog licensing ensures that a dog has been vaccinated against rabies, which is required in Franklin County. It also ensures that any lost dog is quickly returned to their owners. License fees help support the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center.
