Hello and happy Friday! We hope you’ve been soaking up the beautiful warm weather and sunshine this week—it’s definitely getting us all excited for the arrival of spring! With the new season just around the corner, we’ve got plenty of exciting activities lined up. Be sure to sign up for some of our upcoming programs, including our St. Patrick’s Day Party next week! It’s going to be a blast, and we can’t wait to see everyone there for some fun, light snacks, and festivities.

Starting Monday, March 17, our Monday Yoga Gold class will now begin at 10 a.m. – a great opportunity to start your week off with a peaceful and energizing practice. Yoga Gold provides a wonderful way to unwind and improve your overall well-being.

Please note that the class fee will now be $8 per session instead of $5.
