August Day Trips

Ready to explore, unwind, and have some fun? Registration for all August Day Trips opens Tuesday, July 1 at the Senior Center! This month’s adventures include a retail therapy getaway to the Outlet Mall, a lucky day at the El Dorado Casino, and a relaxing paddle during our Kayaking excursion at Alum Creek. Whether you're in the mood to shop, play, or soak in the beauty of nature, there's something for everyone. Full trip itineraries and sign-up sheets are available at the Senior Center front desk—don’t miss out!

Senior Sense: Emergency Preparedness

Monday, July 7 at 2 p.m.

Empower yourself with knowledge through Senior Sense, our in-depth health education program created specifically for older adults and caregivers. We’re firing up the grill and celebrating you—our incredible Senior Golf League members! This is our way of saying thank you for a great season and recognizing the camaraderie, sportsmanship, and laughs you've all shared out on the course. Nothing brings people together like a delicious meal! Join your friends at the Senior Center for a full lunch and dessert, served with a side of good conversation and community spirit. Summer Picnic

Thursday, July 10 at 12 p.m.

Start the season off right with our Summer Picnic at the Senior Center! We’re throwing a sunny celebration complete with a picnic-style lunch, sweet treats, and fun lawn games. Whether you're tossing bean bags or just soaking up the sunshine, this event is all about good vibes and great company. Please note: The Senior Center will be CLOSED for regular programming on the day of the picnic so all staff and members can join the fun. Don’t forget your sun hat and picnic spirit—we’ll see you there!
