Great Gahanna Goblin Fest

Ghouls, goblins, and families of all kinds, join us for a spooktacular evening at the Great Gahanna Goblin Fest! This frightfully fun event, presented by Kemba Financial, features live entertainment, cozy s’mores, spooky storytelling, hayrides, and a trick-or-treat trail that’s perfect for kids and kids-at-heart.

Greenskeeper's Revenge Weekend

Gather 'round the fire for a cozy evening with neighbors, sweet treats, and warm memories. Our Campfire in the Park series brings the community together from 6:30 - 8 p.m. each Wednesday in October for bonfires, s’mores, and good company—all for free!

Spook Up Gahanna

Calling all Halloween lovers! Show us your spookiest, silliest, or most spectacular décor! Whether you're going for creepy, clever, or high-tech, we want to see your Halloween best.

Judging will take place between October 20 – 24 from 5 – 9 p.m. Make sure your lights and displays are on during judging hours so we don’t miss the magic!

This contest is open to all Gahanna residents and local businesses. Winners will be announced the week of October 31!

Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall

A powerful tribute is making its way to Gahanna!

This 3/5-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. honors the more than 58,000 U.S. service members who lost their lives during the Vietnam War. Designed to travel the country, the Wall offers a meaningful space for remembrance, reflection, and healing, especially for those who may never have the chance to visit the national memorial in person.

The Wall will be on display at Veterans Memorial Park:

  • Thursday, October 2 – Monday, October 6

This American Red Cross program will help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a digital certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

Little Ballers

Got a little one with big energy? This beginner basketball program is perfect for kids ages 4–5! Little Ballers introduces the basics: dribbling, shooting, passing, and rebounding in a fun, supportive setting. Players will also learn sportsmanship and the fundamentals of team play.
