The splash pad includes over 3,100 square feet of spray area and 41 different features designed for toddlers to teens, as well as shaded picnic areas, additional benches, and a year-round restroom that is also accessible to the Big Walnut Trail.

This splash pad is an amenity of the pool and will be available to pool members and those who purchase a day pass during daily operating hours. It will be open and free to the public in the mornings from 8 am-12 pm, before the pool opens each day, as well as on days when the pool might not open. The splash pad will open for the 2024 season on Friday, May 3, at 8 a.m., weather permitting. After the Gahanna Swimming Pool closes for the season on August 14, it will be open 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. through Saturday, September 30, weather permitting.
